These “Frequently Asked Questions” aim to help you to understand your Civil Service Pension Arrangements. They do not, however, cover all aspects of the Superannuation Code and are not in any way a legal interpretation of the governing statutes and regulations. If you require further information you should contact the Personnel Unit of your Department which will help with any detailed questions you may have relating to your personal circumstances. A more detailed technical handbook on the schemes’ rules, “Superannuation Handbook – A Guide to the Superannuation Provisions Applicable to Civil Servants” is available for consultation from your Personnel Unit.

Please ensure that you select the scheme category which applies to you.
